Uplift your Mind- The Toughest Journey

You- The realm of existence that exists within is the reason that the outside exists.
You are the pivot of the world around which your surroundings revolve.
If you cannot fulfill the meaning of your existence, nothing in your life will have color.
The difference between an optimist and a pessimist lies here. You can see the glass half full or half empty.
Somedays, you’ll feel the world trying to push you down, you’ll hate everything around you. Those are the days
you need to overcome and uplift your mind.
You may start feeling blue and questioning- How important are you in your company? How important are you in
your family? How important are you in your world?
The answer is simple- you are indispensable everywhere. You may think you are replaceable in your
organization. If you think you are replaceable, you need to know just one thing- you and your innate sense of the
world around you is not same without you. You bring in the a distinct level of uniqueness. Like how every
fingerprint is different (and how every koala fingerprint is different and surprisingly similar to human beings), you
should know you bring something different to the table.
The problem is we tend to settle for mediocrity and hence, most of us, within the confines of a similar situation
(job/family/society) are misinterpreted to be too similar and hence feel like we are replaceable. This is where we
need to find our niche, carve out our difference and uplift our mind, body, and soul.
                How do we do it?
You can choose reading and meditation help you guide this journey.
You can connect to peers, learn from mentors, emulate from thought leaders or just self-reflect and come up
with some out-of-the-box idea that can help uplift you.
You getting uplifted automatically helps in uplifting those around you and can have a chain reaction. You know
that you are only as strong as your weakest link. And if the weakest link can be made uplifted with peer support,
you, as a collective, get stronger.
